I’m afraid it’s not an automatic process, one day I hope it will be. At present I’m using quite simple technology and have to do a bit of manual work to ‘refresh’ the map with any new data that you have provided. I try to check each day so you should see your club on the map within 24 hours. If it’s not there after a couple of days please send me a message via the feedback page.
